Andrew (Drew) Attridge
Drew has been involved in the fitness industry for 20+ years and has been a personal trainer for 25 years. He founded Trueform Health & Fitness in 1995. He holds the following certifications: Poliquin International, C.A.I.N. (Canadian Aerobics Instruction and Nutrition), YMCA Strength and Conditioning, C.S.E.P. (Canadian Physical Activity, Fitness and Lifestyle Appraisal), St. John's First AID and CPR Heart Saver. Drew was active in the sports of Hockey and trained NCAA Tier 1 players, and is also an Expert Motorcross Racer (Vet Masters Division). For the past four years, alongside training his clients, Drew has enjoyed local organic farming with his family.

Lydia Di Francesco is a Wellness Consultant, Coach, and Certified Personal Trainer. She's also a Speaker, published Author, and mental health advocate. Lydia has been working in the wellness industry for over 6 years, and practicing living a healthy lifestyle for over 20 years!
